Purchased a bed frame a month ago forgotten to put up my positive experience I had with one of the staff that helped delivered the parts that were missing, but he was really prompt in fast communication and handling the situation that it only took two days for the missing parts to arrive to auckland, overall it looks fantastic as it didn’t take long to assemble and it was very easy to read the instruction manual. I really do recommend them as they are on the Laybuy app and also for the great service I have received thank you.
