  An absolute hidden gem. Wonderful dinner with a vineyard view. Do try the Bodega platter and definitely end with the pecan pie. That is just point blank the best they offer!!!

  Great place to dine out in nice weather with the variety of outdoor dinning space (good for big group too, there was a huge celebration on one side that as it's slightly cordoned off did not disrupt rest of the restaurant).
  We grabbed some dinner in the weekend after a walk in the Waitakere Ranges, shared a sangria (yum), tapas - the prawn (very good) and croquette (okay). We were looking forward to get a pizza as, as soon as we walked in, there was an amazing aroma of wood fired pizza. Alas, we were disappointed at the soggy base that fairly ruined it (we got the four meat pizza).
  Service was great. Food could be better.

  I only discovered this place by chance. I wanted to check out the antique store, and was looking for parking, when I stumbled on this place. It was 26 degrees, and I thought an ice cold beer won't go amiss.
  
  The staff were all very friendly and attentive. They have quite a substantial drinks menu including all sorts of wines, beers, spirits, non alcoholic, and hot beverages. Their menu has several crowd pleasers, and something for everyone.
  
  I was very disappointed with the jalopeno meal because of ratio vs price. On the other hand, I was very impressed with the "side" order of chips and salad. And the beer was, in fact, ice cold!
  
  In all it's a great place. Lovely indoor, outdoor, and patio seating, with a view over the vineyards. It gives it a nice country feel, even though it's practically on my doorstep. I will definitely come again.

  Bodega is a little hidden gem in West Auckland. This is due to the eatery's set up, open outdoor flow and lovely views. The service from all the staff was excellent. They were attentive and professional. Across the board the food was average hence the four stars. The food needs more lovemore flavour.

  Very friendly, proactive staff. Nice atmosphere. The low rating is really because of the food. Lacked flavor, nothing special, average at best. Did not really enjoy anything we ordered unfortunately.
