We have had an excellent experience working with Kim and her team at Schnauer and Co. in securing our first home. I sent out a few quote requests for services, but it was Ali at Schnauer that was the only one that sent me not only a personal response but also recommended using First Time Home Buyers Club.

Throughout the process of purchasing our first home, the team have been really supportive and understanding and had given us really sound advice. Kim guided us, making sure we didn't miss out on anything and gave us timely reminders.

The processes were explained and everything ran smoothly from beginning to end and we are ever grateful for their advice and assistance.

They are very professional, but also very personal and come with a vast array of knowledge and experience.

Sincere thanks to Alison for explaining to me about the EPOA. Alison was super quick, patient, and thorough with her replies, and provides very clear explanation. She even thought of areas that are important and which I might not have been aware of. She is courteous and friendly and does not make you feel bad for bothering her. Truly exemplary of a legal advisor. So glad that I found someone we can rely on for legal advice when we had no idea where to look. Highly recommended for their knowledge and professionalism.
