Best of the Bunch were true to their name. Ordering a gift from them and being in South Africa was so easy and the staff, namely Vannessa was amazing. Excellent customer service and professionalism. From dealing with my initial enquiry to ordering to delivery. Prices are very competitive, a beautiful selection and well presented. Wishing them all of the very best! As I live on the otherwise of the world (at the moment) and my fiancee lives in Wellington it's always comforting to know that I can place my order direct with Best of the Bunch which in fact couldn't be correct as they are, Vanessa is awesome as are all the staff I've had correspondence with and the flower arrangements are stunning. Forget expensive intermediaries like Interflora just order direct from the Best of the Bunch, thanks ladies x

Living away from family it was wonderful to have Best of the Bunch deliver a boredom busting treat to my grandchildren - and who wouldn't love getting bright, colourful flowers, helium balloon and chocolates! Working with the online services of Best of the Bunch was awesome.
After I place the order from Canada, they were able to deliver promptly, a beautiful gift basket to my son and his family. They were sensitive to products in the basket and had it delivered earlier than planned so as not to have anything spoil. I am very delighted with the services provided by BOTB and will definitely use them again. Thanks again to all the staff who participated in this order and delivery.

Great customer service. I live in Australia and ordered a bday gift for delivery in Wellington. The store called me to confirm the flowers were the right colour, and then went to extreme lengths to ensure they were delivered on time. Thanks for your thoughtful effort!
