Gail recently helped us adopt our two gorgeous cats who had been at Hillcrest for several months and whose owner could no longer keep them. Gail has gone out of her way to help us ensure that the cats settle in and we really appreciate everything she has done for us. Gail is a lovely kind and caring person and I would highly recommend Hillcrest to any cat owner.

Despite our cat being quite old and on medication, Gail goes out of her way to reassure us that she will be well catered for. Friendly and caring service! Have been here many times and would highly recommend!

We have used Hillcrest on a number of occasions and found that Gail will certainly go the extra mile for us.
Not only that, our cat is always very relaxed after a stay at Hillcrest and shows no sign of any stress we have experienced at other catteries.
We highly recommend Hillcrest and know that Gail runs a great compassionate business

JUST AMAZING!!! Gail went above and beyond for our babies. We have 2 kittens with cerebellar hypoplasia and one is severe and unable to walk.We also have a hairless cat.None of these were a problem for Gail and her lovely staff. We were just blown away by the special care our wee ones received. Peanut struggles to eat and they accommodated for this with special bowls. Ivy having no hair gets cold and so she had a wee heat pad. They all had beds that they could get in and out of easily and Ivy got a little sleeping bag style bed too! The cats look amazing.they have been so well cared for and we even got a pic of them playing. Couldn't be happier.i have so many vet and vet nurse friends who also use Hillcrest Cattery. Exceptional care by amazing staff. Thank you so much
