Nice place. Great value for money. Bit noisy on the weekend if the boy racers are doing laps so if you are a light sleeper, or that will upset you, look further out of the city

The WiFi Here is top notch the rooms are a bit dated but if you want better pay more. The staff are helpful it's clean and its in a great location. And the good free wi-fi is a huge plus.

Staff were super helpful and location meant I could walk to town. Like the later check out time of eleven and so appreciated being able to check in early to my room on arrival, rather than just store my luggage as prearranged.

A very dated & run down 1960s hotel that has a Yellow sticker notifying it as an earthquake high risk building.
You getwhat you pay for ."cheap".
It was clean, adequate and staff were helpfull. No restuarant or bar. Mini bar non existent & sparse complimentary tea & coffee. No cutlery & no plates or saucers. A concern was the $50 deposit required to get key even when room already paid for and having to leave without them crediting it back - they assured us it will be refunded/ cancelled but not until the evening shift. Haven't checked if it has been returned yet.

Nice big green building located at the corner of Webb. and Willis Street.
Friendly staff.
Well maintained rooms although relatively small.
Kitchen facility is unavailable in most of the rooms. Free WiFi available.
Nice view of different parts of the city.

Great location, great staff and service.
The food was very well done for what the dinning has to offer.
Chef Michael was a friendly guy who has a passion for food and his kitchen. You can see he will go along way in his career. I wish him well.
I'd highly recommend Willis Wellington hotel.

Rooms hot
windows don't open.
no extractor fan in toilet.so when someone shits you have to smell it :'/
the fan they gave us was really loud.
The reception guy Thomas was lovely tho

No parking, inept staff, booked a double and got a twin single. Dirty room and bathroom. Unfortunatly its a repainted backpackers with a nice reception. Wouldn't recommend amd wont be back.

No aircon or fan, heater and sink also broken. No shower pressure, no free parking and rude reception staff who could not give us any locations where we could park our car, they barely speak English. Also they hold $50 of your account just incase you 'may' buy something. Never again Thanks but no thanks

Enjoyed my stay here. They have free unlimited wi-fi, clean room, friendly staff, and free baggage storage. The only thing I didn't like was when some staff just opened the room without knocking first.
