10/10 Love love love it. Trendy, beautiful decor, absolutely spotless, beautiful beds and bedding, quiet, comfortable and well appointed. Nothing spared with top notch soaps etc. Gorgeous kitchen, great rates, close to town and Hockey Turf. Awesome friendly service. Great laundry. The BEECHWOOD is the cleanest and nicest motel that we have stayed in, in NZ.
Would so stay again. Thanks so much.😊
It shows that it is 3 star accommodation, but it way exceeds that.😊

Absolutely on point. This place is EXCELLENT

Spotless rooms. Beautifully appointed and stocked rooms. Super comfy beds with very nice linen.

And that heated floor in the bathroom is amazing.

Hospitality at reception is warm and welcoming after a long drive. I will be back.

Stay here! Everything is new, rooms are fantastic, kitchen includes an oven, free wifi(unlimited!), satellite TV, good location and helpful, friendly staff.

This Dunedin motel has heaps of character, some absolutely lovely landscaping with roses and other native flowers/plants, a sunny, peaceful, central location, clean rooms and very friendly and accommodating staff. I would highly recommend staying here.
