  Ignored for 5 minutes then informed they were closing having just served my friend a coffee. Under staffed with one person working but disappointing they couldn’t put through 1 more coffee rather than rushing to get out the vacuum cleaner especially. I tried to privately and quietly explain my disappointment to give direct constructive feedback, I was met with a aggressive response and clear frustration she was working alone and under staffed. After I left to get a coffee elsewhere she then told my friends I had been aggressive which is nonsense and cynical to involve them at all.

  Nice coffee and cake but I didn't like the birds flying in the open door and picking at and hopping over my food.
