Expensive. $30 per day for 37ft from memory. Has all facilities within close walk though. The shops in Paihia are out of walking range though.

Great place for a coffee and a snack after riding the cycle trail.

New facilities. The shower runs out of credit early, but the water doesn't just go cold, it shuts off entirely. Not so good if you're still soapy.
