  The Bay Palm Motel is suitable accommodation for your everyday traveller. My first big hate about the motel is the wi-fi. Only booked into this motel because it had wi-fi however when we got there the wi-fi was terrible and only worked at around 1am. So to say that they had wi-fi is not really true because most of the day we could not access it. The accommodation itself was fine. The rooms were clean and tidy. The upstairs room which was supposedly a super king was just 2 singles pushed together meaning that you just fell through the gap in the middle and pushed the beds apart. Only having one key was not very useful. The shower could do with a new head. It was also quite low for taller people. The interactions with staff were friendly and they were quite helpful. The motel didn't smell of smoke which was quite nice. Good accommodation however only 3 stars.

  Stayed here over the weekend and absolutely loved it! The room was very clean and smelt nice. Just down the road from Bayfair and the beach. The staff were cool and friendly! Parking is not a problem. I highly recommend this motel as they will take good care of you. Good job guys!

  Had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean and smelled nice. No problems with the bathroom. Sheets and towels were fresh. Bed was soft and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Walking distance from Bayfair Mall and the beach. Will surely stay here again.

  Near perfection, had a nice night. Though I wish the holiday house was a tad closer to the beach or closer to the motel it self. And please get rid of poker/game machines in the garages.

  This motel is on a very busy road with cars, trucks bikes roaring by. Good choice if you're a heavy sleeper! Nice staff though.
