ChCh Airport doesn't allow you to book a rental car less than 24 hours in advance of your travel date so I called BRC, no problems with them. I returned the car on a Sunday when one of their drop off locations was unstaffed so needed to take it to their alternative location who were a little surprised and only had one staff member running the show. He waited for the clients who were due to arrive then closed up the shop and took me to the airport himself. Pretty good service I thought!

The service provided by Bargain car rentals in Hornby was hassle free. We booked online and the correspondence was instant, including the information and transport from Christchurch airport to pick up the car the service was great. We wanted to add another driver while we were driving to the motel and by the time we arrived to our destination it was sorted.

We would recommend and use bargain car rentals again. Thank you to the team.

I have used quite a few different rental companies on my frequent trips back home and BRC has to be the best company I have used. The booking online was simple, the pick up and drop off service was super quick, the staff were friendly and efficient an the price was unmatched. Will definitely be using them again.
