Absolutely clean. Super safe feeling and a comfortable bed (a rarity in some motels). Cannot say enough nice things about this place. Will be staying there for all my conferences from now on!

After a long days drive and spending 2 hours stuck behind an overturned truck our plans of making it to Auckland where somewhat unrealistic! Into the AA book we go to find a well presented advert for Ballinor the biggest drawcard being the free WIFI internet, such a necessity these days and sooo annoying when you have to pay for it on top of your room.

We arrived at Ballinor without a booking to be greeted by David a cheery and professional bloke, a-pon stating we only wanted the cheapest room as it was an unplanned stop and being tight on cash David kindly upgraded us to a room with air conditioning stating it was far too hot to sleep without it which we were very grateful for in the morning!

The room was immaculate, modern (LCD TV, SKY, WIFI) and the courtyard out the back made a nice touch and was good being able to have a private space to escape the 4 walls of a hotel room!

All in all probably the best place I have stayed in a long time!

Keep up the good work David I will definitely be recommending you to friends and family!

Definitely exceeded expectations for the price charged in comparison to other establishments!

this place was lovely, the manager was great and helpful. the room was so nice clean. lovely big bath and really comfortable all round. thank you would stay again!!
