  I have to get water in the bathroom for the kettle, that just feels wrong in this day and age. Looks old and seems like nothing is being fixed, or replaced.

  The room was ok but the bathroom didn't have a good layout had a big bath but very little room for toilet and the views were not that amazing

  BE WARNED BE WARNED Turned up with the family and my partner went into get keys.
  Unbeknown to me till we got to the room that he had told her that they get drunks,druggies and homeless people try and get in after 11pm and thats why there is swipe cards and two lots of keys.
  Along with the room being run down,a roll together bed,bubbling from the broken pool outside our room(39) and the stench we decided it wasnt the safe place we wanted our 3 year old stayn in.
  When i appoached the reception,oh i forgot to mention the DRUNK receptioner he told me that every city has drunks druggies and homeless and it didnt matter were i went its life and went on to describe his home town of years ago and what that was like😬.
  Anyway in short he was argumentive and i had to walk out with no refund of $110 and biting at the lip and had to take deep breaths and move on.
  DONT be fooled by photos this is the worst place ive ever stayed in and the reception guy was a real handfull to put it politely.

  Walked into the reception. Got told we dont have rooms available and told us to bugger off! Very unprofessional and i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We got told that 'i dont have time for you guys! Bugger off'

  Pre-existing feaces on spare bed that wasn't cleaned over 5 nights, nice staff but completely useless. Spa isn't actually a spa. Hot water lasts 30 seconds. Saw my room previously in a cheap porn. Kitchen is disgusting and ovens do not work. how this place is still in business is beyond me.

  Don't read to much into the other comments. Obviously some people have stayed in a bad room where a light switch was broken.
  We are loving the place. Clean and tidy. Theirs 3 of us my wife 20 yr old daughter and myself. Perfect for what we're after. No to flashy and not expensive. Spa tub was a nice surprise, very relaxing for tired dad.
  Would definitely stay again

  Don't stay here, you can get better value elsewhere. The place is not clean, facilities broken, and unsafe with a light switch falling off the wall and broken power sockets. The room stunk of cigarettes​. They upgraded us when we complained but the new room wasn't much better with an unclean bathroom and the shower hadn't been cleaned in a long time as there was a severe build up of lime scale. There was also an ant problem in the bathroom as they were all over the vanity.

  Nice place, huge rooms that were clean and lovely bathtub. The management could be improved as we were rung the month before asking when we were checking in and told we hadn't checked in when we arrived..

  I would not recommend this motel even at the cheap rates until they start looking after their customers and upgrade their facilities. Do not get me wrong, it was not a terrible place, It just was not pleasant either. I got a room that apparently was just cleaned, but I could not rest from my long trip as the disinfectant smell was so strong. When I mentioned this to the attendant, he said he would do something about it. but he took nearly an hour, and I had to question him in the hallway about it before something would be done quicker. I ended up moving to another room and the sleep was better. I suggest more professionalism in quality cleaning and service. I wish them the best in the future, but would not go back. If you go on the trip advisor website - Alcamo hotel hamilton - the ratings are very low too for December 2016

  Good hotel with decent room sizes. Very friendly staff and very helpful people. Economical prices.
