A throughly enjoyable stay. Lovely host, very clean room with fantastic comfortable beds. Thermal heating very welcome as was the spa. Ideally situated close to Rotorua Central Mall and supermarket. Would stay again anytime :)

Have stayed here a quite a few times over the years. Firstly after our Wedding and the service was wonderful we have never been let down. Clean, tidy and great outdoor spa area in your room which is the main reason we love it. Close to everything and just a really nice place to stay. We always stay here when we go to Rotorua ever since 2007.

I definately will not be staying here again. From the first phone call i found the lady in charge very rude over the phone and also very rude in person.
I did not know that the outdoor courtyards were non smoking, and in speaking to the neighbours they were also unaware of this. The futons in the lounge were uncomfortable and we ended up having to take the matress off it and put it on the ground to sleep on. There was only one window in the unit that was a pain. We were told by the manager to keep the noise to a minimum which was hard considering the outdoor courtyards are basically joined together so you can hear every conversation had in those areas. We were fine with the neighbours they were great.
If you are looking for Raggamuffin accommodation this is definately not the place.response / report this review
