I found this place perfect for our purpose. Great location, bus stop is right outside, staff are friendly and happy to help and the beach is a very short stroll away. Free wifi, 6 sky channels + freeview. The only downsides I found was there was no aircon/fan in the room and the element was confusing - it turns anti clockwise!

It's in a good location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as a service station and bottle store.
The rooms themselves are comfortable enough but in need of a freshen up as the place is showing signs of age. I also found parking an issue as they don't have enough and what they do have feels cramped.response / report this review -
