A lovely location close to everything and the proprietors have loads of information about the area and local attractions. Lovely Bush walks, a short walk into town, Ohope is just over the hill.
The accommodation is just right, everything you need if you are staying in because of weather. (I had a cpl of rainy days). I enjoyed discovering the whimsical treasures hidden in the gardens.response / report this review -

Another great stay. Staff very obliging and nothing was too much trouble. All the facilities that one could wish for that made our time there enjoyable.

I was not impressed, I stay in motels all around the country as part of my job, for the price charged it was not worth it, over priced, demanding money up front, very rude when checking out, rooms were very average compared to other accomodation in the area, total lack of attention to detail. Others may not find this but from what other motels offer they were way off the mark, these people need some sort of management and motel training, enough said ☹️
