Hello, I spent 6 nights on a business trip here. Of the 6 nights, hot water only worked every 2nd day. I'm not fussy. However this is a crucial feature in any accommodation. Any how regarding water, I approached the reception & staff politely. I could not extract any explanation, solution from the staff — on even any indication they understood what I was talking about — suppose denial is hot these days. Meanwhile at the end of the stay, no follow up or explanation was offered. So in summary, all I can say — is while the staff were not rude —they are pointless. This place is weird. As it defies all conventions of basic hospitality. Very strange Motel.

Stayed here for two nights. Cleaness of room was below average. Drier on the wall did not work even though I found another one in the drawer later. Bed is very uncomfortable. It seems it already passed the deadline of replacing it. Internet is not free.
Only thing I like about this hotel was the location.

The power plungs in the room doesnt male senstences and my shower room glass door handle is gonna broken anytime. Need to be careful to open and close.
Easy to access to the car park but need to make sure you have room key to open the door access between the car park and motel because the room key controls the power in the room.
Staffs weren't friendly as the motel standard.

I like the sides which you get with food but my main lunch meal was not good. I thought restaurants suppose to use cook fresh food. Not canned fish and ready mix sauce.
