We loved this place and loved every one we met there. They've got everything well prepared for travelers! Everyone was warm welcomed with a card and another card showing your name.

Best hostel I've stayed in!

Loved this hostel. Great location in town for walking anywhere you need. They have a great kitchen and hangout room making it easy to meet other people staying there. The staff was super friendly and super good at helping you book and plan your days!

Amazing hostel. Greeted by a friendly Lisa when i first entered. She carefully explained what kind of services they offer and let me know about the rooms etc. This place has such a friendly atmosphere, no one is drunk or wasted. The rooms are nicely sized with cubbies for your belongings (no locks though). Each bed has their own charging ports. They also provide towels and linens.
Adding to the experience, Lisa helped me book a Milford Sound tour that was significantly cheaper than what the other hostels would charge (I found out from a girl staying at another hostel next door she payed 20 dollars more).
Lounge was spacious, and kitchen was clean. This place is perfect :)response / report this review -

This is the best hostel I have stayed in in NZ. Have been there for 2 nights and I went back for another 2 nights after a week. It is clean and cozy, the staff is very friendly, they even give you a tour in the hostel. You can borrow bikes and iPads, the kitchen is fully equipped, you can play your own music in the kitchen, watch Netflix or play the PS4 in the common room, you get a towel and 2 pillows and I could go on and on. Also the location in Queenstown is perfect! Definitely a 10 out of 10. I left today and I already miss the hostel and Queenstown.

Really enjoyed my stay here! Two nights was not enough. I spent one night in a shared dorm that was really clean and the bathroom was lovely. My second night was spent in the private room and it was wonderful. The staff is also really kind and helpful. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in queenstown.

This is by far the best hostel I've ever stayed in! It's located right in the center next to all the best restaurants, and only a 5 minutes walk to Queenstown Gardens, the beach, pier, and hiking trails. The beds are comfortable and clean and equipped with personal charging stations and lamps. The showers are clean and modern (and some even have excellent mountain views). The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of stoves and ovens, however the pots and pans should be replaced. So many free things that most other hostels charge and arm and leg for! The staff is super friendlyI could go on and on. Stay at this hostel! Such a bang for your buck!

Absolutely the best hostel I stayed at. The staff are great and helpful. They have great wifi and it's free. They can book anything you like to do and do your laundry for you. Love the idea of the name tags on beds as it helps you remember the names of people staying with you. Only place to stay in Queenstown.
