  Tired and run down for its price but to be fair I don't know Christchurch motel prices as this my first visit in years. Didn't like paying up front, used to having details taken and paying when leaving but who knows perhaps they've had issues in the past. On the plus, it was quiet and need comfortable.

  The decor is a bit outdated, but it's clean and very convenient of you have business at the university, which is just across the street. The internet is insanely expensive though!

  Clean, modern, and comfortable. My only minor gripe is that the heat pump was quite noisy at times.
