Thank you for a great room. Although our room faced the street it was very quiet and also warm. Handy to chch square and hagley park and a lot of food restaurants. Good room service.

Went to book a room yesterday evening The Asian Guy at the reception was very rude and full of attitude.I Am not trying be racist ,Very poor customer services .Staff should know how to treat their customers .

Shocking, shocking bed. Two singles joined together to make a king bed. They were buggered the both of them. Terrible shower, one three little pottles of milk, weird dangly things on the window that dragged along the floor. No sleep, shocking night. We will never go back. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I have been using the Cherrytree Since 2010. Very clean cozy rooms. Beautiful Decor , Lovely Staff. Im a High Stardand woman. This is Truly a Excellent Motel.

Absolutely nothing positive can be said about this hell hole. Rude staff, dirty, smelly, cold, and
out dated. wouldn't stay here again or recommend to anyone else. Was refused a refund as very stupidly paid in advance by cash. He knew we were arriving very late after a full days travel with temperature due to drop to minus 7 no heater was put on for us so room sitting at 5 degrees and had only reached 10 degrees by the morning. Dirty towels old bedding. We would have been better off sleeping in the car. Reception smelled like a chinese takeaway. All in all rough as gutsresponse / report this review
