Great resturant their salmon is beautifully presented with vegetables. Rooms were only so so. No cooling except for a small fan. Water runs out quickly in the shower.

waited at reception to check in for about 5-10 mins before someone acknowledged us/came out of the back room/office?
Room was Dirty, there was cobwebs and dust everywhere which set off my allergies,milk was left on the counter insteaf of in the fridge, we were on a corner second floor block which was noisy the bed was uncomfortable felt quite springy. Also noted there was a blanket in there storage area but that was also thin. Room was cold and everything was outdated in the room and outside (motel in general)
went to check out and again waited a good 10 minutes.
If i was by myself i would have been going and
asking for a refund and going elsewhere but my partner was with me and didnt want to make a fuss and it would of been difficult to find alternative accomodation at such short notice I cant say i will be back..

Lovely big double bed shower nice size although hotwater coming through was a bit variable after using a lot of it. Its address is the noisy Ulster Street but the rooms are facing a parking compound off a much quieter side street. Room looked well maintained.

Good value for money and nice staff. We hd a family room for four adults. Close to supermarket and bars.

Weren't allowed extra towels. Cost 240 when it should've cost 200. Bad service. The bath was absolutely disgusting. And to top it off there was teenagers having sex all night banging on the walls. Was not impressed

Good selection of complimentary movies. Wifi is okay; the client it goes through isn't always reliable. Breakfast is basic. Service quick and efficient, although I did come back to some mysterious brown sludge in the sink and some missing labelled plastic cutlery. Luckily steel cutlery was present. Microwave is confounding.

Great place to stay! Nice dinner and super big bed! Nice free breakfast and free movies yeah! Recommandé to stay here if u at visiting Hamilton, close to city center, we can go out at night to the bar with 10 mins walk.

I have had a great time. Free movie collection had more than I thought it would so another bonus. I would recommended to anyone. Town and supper market 2 minute walk away and a dairy as across the road.
