  Don't even waist your time with these clowns.
  I took my car there for a Platinum service service after an hour I was called and informed the car is completed.
  I phoned another branch to confirm the time the Platinum service will take and wad informed minumum 2.5 hours to 3 hours
  
  I then started checking a few things. So they did not even do the easiest thing on the list to top up the window washer fluid so I don't know what else they did not do.
  
  Save yourself the effort and take it to another AA if you prefer AA or another place.

  Good for you then but, for my story is a different one and an un pleasant one. I understand the reputation of the company should be exceptional. However I too my car in for a service and WOF. I drove away happily. After five days a problem happened on the motorway where it sounded like jumping and its scary so we pulled off and rang a tow truck. Its after hours.
  
  The following day I drove my car to the workshop again. The manager checked and worked on it at this time because it is another man who did my service. He said there is nothing wrong except 1 fault which might caused from overheating etc.
  
  At their waiting room was another lady who has come for the third time because she always had problems with her car after service. Wonder how many other customers like that lady and myself.
  
  I drove away again. The next day I was on the road and I heard the same problem with my car. I returned home and rang the workshop for another check. I took my car the following day cos they were full booked and busy
  when I rang.
  
  I wasn't that shocked when he said the head gasket is blown cos i dont understand what really the head gasket. But, its when he quoted $4,700 to fix it and its a second hand part when I was half collapsed.
  
  "What? $4,700. This is not right. I came with my car without anything wrong with it and you are telling me I have to pay the repairs worth $4,700. No, I cant afford that. Im taking my car back.
  
  He said to me to get a second opinion which I did after another five days just trying to understand this scenario.
  
  I submitted a complaint and they cannot accept my claim.
