No hot shower. old dirty carpet from entrance to room. wifi too slow. no electric kettle as shown on picture alk lies. no shower gel n shampoo. only good thing is common area is specious.

Cheap hotel around thamel to stay. They have almost 24hr service through the phone. You will feel quite and pleasent stay here.

The location is good for night life. As we were travelling, we choose to Stay in economy class but it wasnt as talked on phone. We booked room for 1500 and they said they had tv, hot water and tidy room. But the room was all Dusty, lights were having problem with power fluctuation, we didnt get hot drinking water. Totally dissapointed by the place. Do not choose economy for staying!

The location is center of tamel so good place to go anywhere.
We had some beers at 2nd floor called TOM and JERRY bar.Go sleep super easily.
But noisy at mid night and bad smelling room no hot water.but cheep for stay.staffs were friendly!response / report this review -

Not a very good place to stay. It's really cheap but you won't find the place very appealing when you get there. The rooms are kinda dirty and no towels were there when we got there. I had to tell the hotel manager twice to get that. But if you want to stay in a super cheap hotel, this one is for you.

Hot water was only in sink. Hot shower was absent in out room. Bed was dirty. Room was dark and not nice. Our friends had other room at this hotel and they had hot shower but they couldn't sleep because of loudness from the windows till 5 am. Вода горячая только в кране раковины, душ только холодный. Комната темная и не приятная. Кровать не очень чистая.

The staff at the nana is what makes this place great. Such friendly and helpful staff. The location is also ideal, center in thamel, easy to anywhere, street and close to shopping, restaurants.

Location is excellent, and the staff is pretty nice. The service is good, and the hotel ambience is great as well.
Apart from that, the place is pretty basic, the rooms are average sized for the amount you pay, and there isn't always hot water available.

The hotel room i found exact as shown in ad, nice room & washroom and very safe place. Very respectful welcoming hospitality behavior with guest. They provided me extra 4 hour to checkout because of raining. Next time sure i will stay there againjust giving 5* is not enough for their guest welcoming culture, if there is 10 star it will be less for this hotel. I'm preety sure it worth money & time.

I don't usually provide personal feedback to business while traveling as we come into contact with so many local establishments it can be difficult to keep track!
Having said that, I wanted to give a shout out to the staff at Hotel Nana for everything from their courteous and thorough service to the overall presentation of the premises, which was kept immaculate thanks to the discreet-yet-attentive maids and maintenance staff.
The management and day-to-day running of this hotel is truly world class, and as someone who has had a lot of negative experiences while traveling through Asian countries this really means a lot - especially for such reasonable prices.
Thanks again guys and I'll definitely be paying you a visit next time I'm in town! :)response / report this review
