Norvic used to be much much better place to get yourself checked!!!
Now it is completely unmanaged!!
Help desks and reception in different departments lack internal communications which leads to misinformation regarding patient or doctor updates. Token system is there but is not used, old way of handling file to room staff who manually calls patient to enter doctor visiting room. Even in duty hours, these staffs keep themselves busy in non-work related gossips ignoring patients or patient’s representatives queries. Patients have to wait longer just because of this!!
Frontdesk is the first impression of any health clinic, hospital or care center. I hope they maintain their reputation with quality service in future. Really disappointed with service we received!!!
Nirvic Hospital provides good service, but it is considered expensive. Dr. Ramesh Chokhani, one of the best doctors in Nepal for lung-related conditions, practices at this hospital. I highly recommend him for anyone seeking specialized care in this field.
My experience at Nirvic Hospital was generally positive. The staff was professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my visit. The hospital facilities were clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for patients.
Dr. Ramesh Chokhani's expertise in lung-related conditions is widely recognized, and I was fortunate to have him as my doctor. He demonstrated a thorough understanding of my condition and provided me with a clear diagnosis and treatment plan. His approach was compassionate, and he took the time to address all my concerns and answer my questions.
However, it is important to note that the services at Nirvic Hospital come at a higher cost compared to some other healthcare facilities in the area. While the quality of care is commendable, the expenses associated with consultations, diagnostic tests, and treatments should be taken into consideration. It is advisable to inquire about the pricing beforehand or check if insurance coverage is available to mitigate the financial impact.
In summary, Nirvic Hospital offers good service with a focus on lung-related conditions, thanks to the expertise of Dr. Ramesh Chokhani. Despite the higher costs associated with the hospital, the quality of care and the reputation of the doctor make it a recommended choice for individuals seeking specialized treatment for lung issues.
Price is of five star but service quality and toilets are pathetic. Patient will be more sick if they are admitted in standard or general ward due to air quality and toilet condition. Poor management just intention to earn profit.
This is the condition of toilet whole day.
Great Beautiful Hospital, services are ok here but who charged parking fee to the person visiting Hospital. That's ridiculous form of earning extra money. (As per previous review, I find they dnt have their own parking space) What is the use of appointment if you have to wait longer in line? Some staffs behavior is beyond 👎. Quite expensive hospital.
I recently had the opportunity to visit Norvic International Hospital and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism that I experienced during my stay.
From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome and at ease. The facilities were top-notch, with state-of-the-art medical equipment and comfortable rooms that made my recovery much easier.
But what really stood out to me was the level of expertise and knowledge that the medical staff had. They were able to answer all of my questions and concerns, and I could tell that they truly cared about my well-being.
Overall, I highly recommend Norvic International Hospital to anyone in need of medical care. The staff, facilities, and level of care are truly exceptional and I am grateful for the wonderful experience I had there.
Three star because the hospital has set out as an examplary hospital when it comes to service, exceptional cleanliness, well equipped technology and pool of doctors. It could have been a 5 star if it managed appontments properly. For an example, the time of appointment given to me was of the exact hour when the doctor was on round. A call or even appointment post or prior to the scheduled duty would have been much appreciated.
I cannot believe that the staff and the management of this so called international hospital are so irresponsible on basic sanitation principles such as using a single bed sheet for multiple patients on a treatment bed. On hesitating to lie on a dirty sheet, the nurse and doctor rather than listening to the comments made want the patient to go and speak to the management themselves. How can staff and management in such a prestigious profession be so irresponsible on basic hygiene which should be of highest standard in order to counter further spread of diseases.
Norvic International Hospital is the 1st private hospital to introduce the Cardiac Catheterization Lab in the country, we offer one of the world’s best Invasive & Non-Invasive Cardiac facilities to the nation. We possess the best equipped Heart Command Center using the best technology available in all kinds of Cardiology, Cardiac surgery and Neuro-Surgery.
One of the best hospitals in town but visitor policy is irrationally strict. Limits including Visiting hours, number of visitors, not to mention the security passes requirement. Helmets not allowed and no helmet counter either.
It is one of the best and most expensive hospital equipped with modern technology and experienced doctors..
Hospital equipped with modern technology also the expensive hospital in Nepal
Expenshive treatment in cheap price
Providing excellent standard health services.
Reputed hospital with quality service and experienced doctors.
One of the expensive hospital of Nepal with good treatment.
Norvic hospitals provided ,international standard health services,we heard that but now i could believe
I would say a good hospital but not an excellent though. The hoapital looks clean and hygenic and well maintained but dr. rounds, timing are same like other hospital. Yes it is expensive, not because of its service but to maintain cleaning, interior designs, standard and wealthy people. Staffs are of different nature which is usual and natural so training and having a standard behavior will raise you more stars. They have different medical facilities but yes your wallet should be strong and heavy to get treatment here. You will find the difference in general and cabins floor in term of hygiene and sanitation which is not acceptable theoritically. You have other better facilities like cafeteria and ample parking. The reason behind its popularity is because of clean and hygiene and also people make comparision of prashuti griha (government ownen) with this which is not fair though.
Bottom line is - not much of extra highlighted service rather than other hospitals but expensive of its own reason.Maintaining ISO standard all time will give one more star. 😀
Great services well maintained.
Best hospital with parking and canteen facilities along with a clean and peaceful environment. It was established by CG group in 1994 at Thapathali, Kathmandu with the vision of providing better health care services. Doctors and Nurses are friendly and helpful provides good services but the hospital charges are quite expensive.
Too expensive. They usually don't accept the medical reports done elsewhere and want you to do the same medical tests again at their own labs
Keep your pocket loaded with hefty amount of cash before entering this hospital.
Great hospital in Nepal. I love the way it treats patient.
well equipped hospital
neat and clean also
good service
Established by chaudhary group in 1994 gives full service community health care with high skilled staff.
Best hospital of Nepal with clean and neat environment Emergency services are are better than other hospitals Fast response
Very clean hospital. Very good nurses and staff. However, if your checking in for anything related to LIVER, do not accept DR. SUDHAN SAN KC. We all know doctors are busy people with lots of stress, they can be rude and a bit impatient because of their important work. However, DR. SUDHAN SAN KC being a "doctor" shows third class behavior, talks like he owns the hospital, flirts with nurses and while checking on a patient is very rough with sick patients. Norvic is one of the best hospitals in Nepal but if your checking with DR. SUDHAN SAN KC I suggest you talk to someone other doctor instead rather than get angry and annoyed with his behaviour.
