Friendly staff, rooms really clean, quiet but close to the centre. The location is great, in thamel but having the calm you need after a day in the city. No doubt id come back again

My stay here was good, service was also very good. Location is fair. But most important rooms are very nice, clean and also safe as I experienced an earthquake 😌 but thank god we are safe. Thanks to Mr P. Owner

TOURIST WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE!!! My stay was fine but the management was HORRIBLE and extremely rude. They overbooked and guests were left without rooms. When confronted about the situation I heard the manager yelling at a polite man from Switzerland who had confirmed a room and then was told it was not possible. If you are from a developed western country, you will hate how this business is run. Management is sooooooo rude and not hospitable. Please save yourself the frustration! There is no free shuttle to the airport as described. The free breakfast is a fixed menu of eggs, toast and 4 potatoes. Happy travels to you! Avoid this hotel!
