Had a great stay a few months back. Mr. Goku and Mr. Babu took great care of everything and were very very helpful with any request. We booked our trekking through the hotel as well and were very happy with it. We had narayan bhandari as our guide and I highly recommend asking for him! He took care of us like a mountain dad! I aslo really enjoyed the set breakfast every morning.

Great Hotel in Thamel! Off of a side street which is great to not be on the main road. Close to everything. Very clean and excellent customer service. Very inexpensive for the quality! Stayed here for 2 nights. ***Wifi works great even in the Bedrooms***

I stayed at this hotel before and after a trek. I was met at the airport after a long flight, by the hotel owner and his car and shuttled quickly to the hotel. My room was clean, cozy, quiet and comfortable. A lot of value for the price! I had a delicious hot breakfast made to order every morning at their rooftop restaurant with a lovely view of the city. The hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of Thamel, near great shopping for artisan crafts and special gifts, but on a side street so my room was very quiet. Every little thing I needed, from restaurant recommendations, to tourist advice to arranging transportation and shopping was handled quickly be the friendly hotel staff. After I returned from the trek, I had a knee injury and the staff brought my food, whatever I wanted, right to my room! I cannot recommend this hotel more highly! I felt right at home instantly. Thank you Namaste Hotel staff!
