Don't judge a book by its cover! Ask the concierge for anything you need and breakfast is amazing!

Excellent service, very friendly, rooms were clean and well kept. No heater in my room which wasn't great but manageable. Food was really nice and wholesome. Unlimited bacon!

Rooms are great, and breakfast buffet is cheap at 500 rupees. Location is also in the heart of Thamel.

Great service. The facilities are very good for the region. Money exchange laundry service available on site. Lot of resturants and shops around the hotel.

Nice and clean place, very very friendly staff. Hotel is a bit far from the main road, so its relatively quiet. Will always recommend this hotel!!

Comfortable hotel; hot water available 6 hours per day. Disorganised if you're looking for an early check in following a trip to Everest Basecamp be warned

I was part of a large group and I believe many would recommend. Be warned the hot water is at certain times of the day, but even that can be changed if you ask nicely

Great coffee at any hour!. Rooms and bathrooms are big and ver confortable. Loacation in Thale is great walking distance to good street shopping and restaurants.

We had a very nice stay here. Good breakfast with many choices that western tourists will appreciate. The rooms were clean and the night guard gave us a safe feeling.
