A nice meditation centre in Kathmandu in the burmese Mahasi tradition. Friendly and caring staff and the food was nice, although some curries were a bit spicy sometimes. Your biggest challenge will probably be the city noise. If you adapt, it's a place where you can do a long personal retreat!
