Spledid view of lake. But worst hopitality. Stayed here for 5-6 times but never experienced good vibe from staff. I don't recommend this place if you get easily mad with people for hospitality. If you don't care this experience, well good place to stay for view of a lake.

Very clean And comfortable rooms with good beds. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, the best experience for us so far in Nepal. Breakfast is also well organized and includes a good variety of choices.

Great location-walking distance from all Pokhara shops and restaurants and right on the water. The service here is great. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Would highly recommend!

Management suck. They tend to force u to opt for their premium room which doesn't look or feel premium nor the rooms are hygienic. The one I got in gave me itchy skin the next day and covers were all dusty.

Make sure to avoid the rooms facing the street. You'll hear the traffic. Note the signs on the door advising you to take valuables with you.

3/5 because I am comparing to the hotels of the world. For what it is, it is fine. In my mind this is a three star facility.

The staff is friendly and the location is next to the lake. Good attached restaurant.

They also offer top (compared to the world) quality massage therapists.

Beautiful Lakeside gem. Well worth it for the deluxe room with the gorgeous view and private balcony. See the rooms they have available and bargain for your best rate. Kind staff and lovely place.
