I stayed two nights at this hotel with my family in two rooms.There's nothing to complain about the hygiene and the hospitality but we got an unpleasant experience while leaving the hotel. The owner asked extra charge for ac & 10% room service charge. We felt like we are being cheated.Had I not told the owner that I would call a police, he would not have let us go without paying 50% extra money.
Thinking of the owner's face and rudeness, I don't want to be at that hotel again. Also, our nights were quite often disturbed by some Indian's loud voice.response / report this review -

We were here for two nights and had made a booking earlier for a set price for the room. Our room had AC and so genuinely as anyone would have thought we used it. On the day of payment, the management asked for a different price just cause we used AC. And no, it wasn't a small amount they charged us. They charged us 30% of the room price for the AC which is ridiculous because we were at the hotel just to sleep. They didn't even inform us that we will be charged extra for that. Had they informed us earlier, we would have just used the fan instead. Was so happy when we arrived earlier but our entire experience was ruined on the last day. The owner is a grumpy man and he definitely needs to work in his quality of service.

This place is clean and the staff is nice. Beautiful view of the mountains. Our room has a mini fridge along with a kettle that came in handy for boiling all our water and a clean AC unit that works. The bathroom is spacious, large deep tub, and hot water. The bathroom did not smell like mold like many other hotels in Nepal and having the tub made it really nice so that the floor is not always wet when your using the sink or toilet. Overall a great experience. My wife and I have been staying in multiple hotels all around Kathmandu and this hotel here in Pokhara has been our favorite so far.

This is beautiful hotel situated near jarebar .I enjoyed organic food , beautiful rooms , many many services was there . people were frank . everything was enjoyable there.

This is the best place i have stayed ever. The hospitality of this place is amazing. The rooms are very clean, neat and tidy. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The foods are so delicious. There is alot of space for parking and a beautiful garden too. You feel like you are at your home and never feel lonly at this palce.
This hotel is at very ideal location from every point of view. And the best part is this hotel is it offers affordable packages of activities in the area at a good price. I enjoyed my holiday alot at pokhara and this hotel made my trip memorable.response / report this review -

Got a balcony room and the view of machhapuchre mountain is spectacular. Also we went to the roof of the hotel and the view is awesome.
Very good service with reasonable price. Owners are real friendly and suggest different activities deals.

I stayed here for 4 nights in January 2017 and it was a great place to stay. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Hot water was readily available in the bathroom.

Best Nepali Dal Bhat in Pokhara. Decent rooms, awesome hosts and quiet surroundings. About half an hour walk from the actual lakeside lights.
