The ambiance is good. Rooms are nice and comfy. The staffs are polite and friendly except for the restaurant, the food is slow and the waiters are not friendly.

Not good service, music not allowed, No tasty food.
Only good for lodging but still they do not provide extra blankets and pillows in winter. it has swimming pool but with no water. its not good to have entertain with friend.response / report this review -

Great hotel! The staff is very friendly and the view of the mountains are absolutely breathtaking. I took a room with air conditioning and I've got no complaints.

Probably the best hotel in Besishahr. Very good rooms and hot water is constant. Prices are also very reasonable. Restaurant has average food, considering that options on the menu are plenty.

Liked the place very much. One and only the best hotel in the area with outdoor summing pool. Though there is no water 💦 as it is cold ❄ season. Rooms are good. Internet is also satisfactory.

One of the best hotels with awesome views and it's near to market place. Neat rooms with TV sets. It has a swimming pool with friendly and cooperative staffs. Food is good with affordable prices. Pre booking is better.

Fresh and new. Nice pool. The wait staff for the restaurant was overwhelmed and seemed short-staffed. Some of the dishes came out overwhelmingly spicy and we as a group like spicy food. No one could eat more than a couple bites of the Aloo Sandeko due to this.

Service is great. Rooms are nice. But wifi range is very weak. Works only in waiting room. Restaurant served us until 11:30pm. Food was okay. They have a swimming pool and parking area is very big. Hot water is available in bathroom. One of the best resorts to stay in Besisahar.
