    this heritage is not a heritage now. Recent earthquake(7.9) brought it to grounds. only base part remains, it's under construction now (2017).
    It was said Fasi dega. why? cause In native newari language, Fasi means a kind of pot. It's shape was like a pot thus it was named fasi dega.
    However, it was made at low cost in the rana regime this didn't stand in this era.
    But now it is said, the new design would may have sustain earthquake like 8.0 or something like.

    I had been here in 2009, and it was in good state then. The temple was in pagoda style and white in color. There were many stairs.

    Only the base of the original structure remains. The stairway is guarded by three pairs of animals. On top of the five stepped base there is a modern, domed shrine. There are porticos with corrugated tin roofs over each of the four doorways. Inside are several sculptures of Hindu gods.

    Fasi dega is local
    Name for the temple located at eastern side of Bhaktapur Durbar Square. It is temple of Mahadev " Lord Shiva" .

    It was believe to be very tall but was destroyed in 1990 B.S earthquake . It is again destroyed in Earthquake of 2015 A.D. How ever you can go there and see the view of surrounding temple and inside of Golden gate
