This is a very good hotelthe rooms,washrooms are goodthe staffs are so much friendlythe tour manager is very loyal and during breakfast i came to know Bimola di and she is very caringand the breakfast is good alsothank you!

This double room features a tile/marble floor, iPod docking station and air conditioning.
Please note that renovation work on the facade will take place from September to November 2018. Guests may experience minor disturbances in front of the windows and the presence of workmen.
Thamel is a great choice for travelers interested in shopping, food and hiking.
Very good location situated in a quiet spot in Thamel so there is no problem with noise at night. Only takes 2 minutes to walk to nearby restaurants and shops (in particular it is close to Utse restaurant which serves the best Tibetan food). The included buffet breakfast had a variety of breakfast options for different days so the meals weren't monotonous. I also found the staff to be very kind and courteous. They were always happy to help and even gave us scarves when we checked out as a going away blessing. Overall I tremendously enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again.
The staff are beyond excellent and helpful. Great staff, awesome people. Very helpful in providing all the needed info for my short trip, managed to see a lot of the city, provided me with an excellent taxi driver who took me for the trip. They were very helpful when I encountered issues at the airport. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again.response / report this review -

Very nice place, helpfull and kind staff, big rooms with hairdryer and heater! But the cherry on the cake of this place is the fantastic breakfast served with love! The owner of the restaurant will serve you more food than an italian mother!try it! (They also make take away breakfast if you need it)

Very nice hotel and prominient location in the heart of thamel market area, wi fi work well. local sim and cycle on rent available from nearby shop. beautiful kichen in the apartment, we cooked our own vegan food easily. They provide all new utensils and all help to cook. Good burner stove, rice cooker, microvave, fride and dining table to eat in the apartment. Even iron with table. All at very reasonable price

Very friendly and helpful staff! If you have a late flight home, and the hotel is not fully booked, they provide you the empty room. You can also store your lugguge here when you're going for trekking. Good service available for sending parcels home. Rooms are pretty quiet (higher floors are more quiet) and clean. Bed, mattress and shower are good. Breakfast is also good (you won't find brown toast, cheese and yoghurt in many places in Nepal).

Good hotel. The staff is very friendly, rooms are spacious, breakfast diverse and very fulfilling. Also, well situated (in the touristic area however not on a noisy street).

A lovely place, very helpful staff and good breakfast serving hot foods, cereals and fruit. Reasonably priced too and located centrally in Thamel.
