This place has a unique characteristics, like young teens to the old men and wemen are being commonly seen here. Master Goyanka was the founder of this amazing meditation center along with the rules and regulations, which must be followed by all. Nobody has to pay a penny for enrollment as this meditation goes on for 12 days. The ultimate goal of this kind of meditation is called "SAMBEDANA", which literally means feeling. It starts from the breathing technique that the meditators will start to feel that actually how the air will goes into one's entire body and how we breathe out from different places of our body. The chief concentration is upon these elements. Since, no book readings, alien foods and other forms of things are allowed here but to make them feel how we are living and what's inside us. That is the key theme of this session.

Vipassana means to see things as they really are. Ten-day courses in this ancient meditation practice are offered in the major cities of Nepal.

The technique is a pure science of mind and matter. It is also an art of living, an antidote to all the stresses and strains of life. It provides a deep pool of peace and harmony within, and ultimately leads to the end of suffering.

There are no charges for the courses, because the technique itself is invaluable. All costs are covered by donations from previous students.

To apply, please review the Code of Discipline and find a course scheduled at your most convenient location. Information is also available in other languages.
