This theatre has comfortable seats than most of the theatres. Watching movies here was a good experience. There are coffee shops, ice cream parlours inside the surrounding.

One of the best places in city to go for movies. Movie viewing experience was good, loved the
sound system with comfortable seats within a reasonable price. The seats here are comfortable and
you can choose from normal to premium (prices may vary). You can book tickets both online and from
the movie hall itself.

What should i say about city cinema it's like amazing to me and my family a great place to watch newly released movies with tasty popcorns and coke. It has comfortable seats with great vision.

Awesome place to go for a cinema in Biratnagar. The lobby is narrow yet cozy and clean. The security is excellent and there are days when you can get tickets for reasonable rates. The movie viewing experience is world class.

NICE multiplex with very comfortable sittings great sound and picture qualities. However they are not accurate about the time to start the movie and the Hall great too crowded. But the when you enter inside the theatre its a completely different place there.

Every time i was there was good, except the fact that we were only 4 person to watch the movie called The Meg and even after requesting for several time there staff didn't turn the AC on . they should treat everyone same even it full or just one person to watch the show. Either close the entire show or give the same service every time.

Finally biratnagar has gotten a good movie hall. The food is expensive though and some of the 3D glasses are quite dirty. The toilets also could be better.

It was a wonderful experience.
The seats are comfortable, the sound and video quality is amazing.
The halls are nice and clear.

First multiplex in Biratnagar with good infrastructure and service. The halls are clear with proper seating. There is also a good cafe inside the hall premise where you can enjoy with your friends, family & loved one's.

Worst experience ever. For the first time in my life I was denied entry for carrying my religious signs. I am from India and had been to more than 15 countries in the world but I was never denied entry due to my religious appearance. This place despite being so close to India, may be less than 15 km, they couldn't respect my religious identity. Later I got to know that the owners are of Indian origin. I had never felt such embarrassment even in African continent. The security people were disrespectful and rude though I was humble and polite to them. So was the attitude of manager. Need not to say, there is no proper parking area and parking guard was equally rude.
All in all, worst experience ever
