It has waterfalls, high Annapurna mountains, hilltop viewing spots to see sunrise, endless forests, majestic valleys, plenty of lodges to stay on the trail, creeks, local and exotic food, miles and miles of hiking trails all over, etc. A paradise for nature lovers. No wonder there are millions of trekkers from all over the world that come to this area.

Locals are usually welcoming and helpful to an extent.

They could use an effective disposal of trash though, as there was collected trash being dumped near the trails. May be consider a rope way to haul the trash out.

Most beautiful area I've ever been in. Beautiful mountains, really friendly people. The nature is so peaceful, you don't hear that much noises from vehicles when staying in a hotel/guest house. Food is a bit more expensive in this area but that is logical when you are in the mountains. It is really a place you should visit and experience the magic Himalayas by yourself! It's really good that they have more strict rules for this area to keep the nature in the best statue.

Really nice place to spend short holiday. Its pretty much difficult trekking to beginners but lots of hotel and restaurants are available in every 2 hours walking distance. The view from the trekking is stunning if there is no clouds otherwise you could enjoy the nature as well. Nice place to visit and go.

This is the most beautiful place I have ever been to. The trek is challenging, exhilarating and rewarding, all at the same time. If you like mountains and a good trek, you must come here at least once. The mountains are majestic and the scenery is breathtaking. Enjoy and try to keep the place clean.

It's all in all amazing, hard to truly describe. The mountains are wonderful, people are great and a totally wonderful experience. However the roads are almost the entire way creating dust and noise. I hate waking anywhere there's roads and try to find the newer paths. Honestly it's ruined a lot of the trek. Higher up is nice but the entirety of the trek is horribly impacted. If you have have an option, go somewhere with less roads. The Everest trek was much better.

ABC trek was memorable. I thoroughly enjoyed the 7 days trekking with my mates. Only thing I found hopelss was the condition of the hotel rooms and toilets. I don't mind paying extra, but in some hotels, bed sheets had stains and the quilt smelt like rotten eggs. ACAP must keep an eye on the service and the quality these hotels are offering.

Great trekking route for beginners as well as advanced. Plenty of tea houses to sleep in the night. Accommodations are very cheap, the catch is you have to wine and dine there.
But comparatively because of the accessibility, I wouldn't complain of their prices

This place was utterly amazing! The small village in the area is better than many other places we stayed. Great views of the Annapurna mountains, great cultural center, and overall a good glimpse of the real culture of Nepal.

Situated in high altitude. Area covered mostly with Alpine trees. Fast flowing water, beautiful peaks and high lands are worth seeing

It's a wonderful location for nature loving people. High mountains and vallies covered with ice one side green cover with thick vegetation other side, it welcomes visitors through out the year.
One can enjoy the journey alongside Kala Gandagi river. We can observe number of small habitats and terrace farming either side of the rever. Thick green forest and numerous small and big waterfalls enthrall the visitors.

I spent three weeks here and fell in love with the area. Less touristy and beautiful, if you come to Nepal you should try to come here! I stayed in Ghandruk and loved it. Great for wildlife watching, experiencing the culture and staying for a few days before continuing on treks
