Breakfast was like I never had before. Great hotel to stay in city centre. Ask for room away from street since there is a bar across the road with noisy people until 2 am.

One of the best hotels i have visited. Good service, super friendly staff. Nice rooms, clean and high standard. The breakfast area was like a restaurant and absolutely amazing. Will stay here again!

Thon Rosenkrantz Oslo was highly recommended and deservedly so. Beautiful hotel. Very nice new/modern room (although the standard room is *very* small). Conveniently located. Friendly/helpful staff. And a great included breakfast (and a small dinner too!). Three big problems though: The rooms have no air conditioning, which can make it difficult to sleep in the summer. Also, make sure that you do not get a room that faces the very loud music club that is directly across the street. And finally, the hotel did not tell anyone that the trains were not running on the day that we left, and we could have missed our fight! So all in all, a good hotel, but not great.

So this isn't a 5 star but doesn't pretend to be. The rooms were small by American standards but the beds very comfortable, the bathroom well sized, everything very clean. The breakfast however Definitely 5 star.

One of the best serviced hotels I've visited in Oslo. Amazing breakfast! Get a room on a high floor as noise from a neighboring bar with outside seating can be annoying.

It's a fine business hotel, but is a bit generic, lacking flavour. Service was excellent. Evening meal (complementary) served on the top floor is bland but fine for what it is.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Oslo. Only a short walk from the train station in city center it is located very centrally. Their breakfast buffet is amazing filled with local produce. Only draw back is the bar a block away can be a bit noisy if you go out at night in the weekend. However you can't hear them inside your room nor in the hotel lobby. Also there is a tram line quite close to the entry of the hotel which is nice.
