On (08.07.2020) Has agreed an appointment with a person on the phone 402 04 065. Have booked an hour, between 14 and 16 they should have been at my place. At 12 o'clock the boss called, and said that there is a lot of work and they can be "a little late" maybe 30min. I said okay? I told you I should have been at work at 6 pm and you said it will be no problem for you to do it. Then he said they can drive me to work. Yes said if you do then it's fine. I wait, half an hour after 16 has passed. Then an employee calls and says that they will be there in at least an hour.
Have never encountered such junk business in my life. Hope you get no customers again. A boss who ignores customers, does not respond to messages, or when people call is not the way to take care of customers.response / report this review -

Can recommend Oslo moving agency to the warmest they appeared on very short notice when we needed to pick up goods from OBOS's building. The staff dems were bothersome and pleasant although we spent extra time than we agreed.

Can recommend Oslo Flyttebyrå AS to the warmest. The first contact with them at the time of booking was good. They had good prices and the move was carried out by two beautiful guys, and everything went like lubrication. I am very pleased with them
