  Must first and foremost say STEERE AWAY. This is the worst moving company I've ever been to. They called several days in advance and asked how much the service would cost when I had to move from another city to Oslo, then the lady I spoke with mentioned an ok price, so she called again and said that I had to pay 1500kr more because they did not count on boom and other things, she managed to persuade me and I got to sit on. I asked several times if it was finished price and if everything was included, then I got it confirmed by sms. On the way to Oslo, the driver sat on his phone all the way while driving on a highway, was incredibly rude and asked me uncomfortable questions (I am a 22 year old woman), when we arrived the place my mother was waiting outside and then she was told that we should help to carry things, something I said clearly that we should not, then both men became rude and were not careful with my furniture, in the end they tried to refuse to carry anything up to the 3rd floor it was "too heavy". From start to finish, it was unprofessional and messy. When they finished, they demanded more money than we agreed on and I ended up paying more than what was confirmed by text message. They tricked me into paying over NOK 7,000 instead of the NOK 4,000 that had been agreed.

  Was told to come to my sister because these workers were reluctant to do the job.
  They had been rude, complaining that there was a lot to carry, so she did not feel safe.
  Do not see the purpose of asking customers for help.
  After all, they had been paid by the hour.
  When my brother and I came up, the movers asked if we bothered to carry for them.
  My answer, of course, was no, and they ended up carrying themselves.
  The tone changed as soon as men were present. In any case, I would not recommend women to use this company, when that is how they treat women.
  
  Professionalism is clearly not found in this company.

  My sister who moved, the workers were more of a headache than helpful. They were so rude and wondered if we who had rented them in, if we could help carry !!!

  My sister was moving an apartment of 40 sqm. When they arrived they complained that there was a lot. They also complained that they had to move furniture. They were rude too. Very unprofessional, rude people and unfriendly. Steer away, not worth the money.
