  When I ordered moving assistance from Frogner moving agency, I was told by phone that the hourly rate was 1450, when I asked how much this cost. After the assignment was completed, I expected 1450 in hourly rate for 90 minutes, which was the time the assignment took. Then I am told that the hourly rate is 1850 since there were four men. I had not asked for this and the minimum price was 3 hours. I explained to the person that I was not informed about the minimum price and that the hourly rate is incorrect in relation to the phone call, it is then explained that the minimum price is in the terms. I have sent an email to Frogner moving agency regarding hourly rate and minimum price, but have not received a response. This is reminiscent of deception. Instead, use one of the many other moving companies.

  We used Frogner relocation agency to move, fight professionals and good people. Effective and nice boys / men. They took care of furniture, things, walls and floors, no harm to anyone. We will definitely use them again!

  Frogner relocation agency suffered major damage to the staircase during the move. They reassured us that the damage was covered by the moving insurance, but they have deceived us. We were probably not insured at all, and the moving company has gone underground and no longer responds to inquiries from us. Now we sit with the bill itself.

  Chose to use Frogner Moving Agency during relocation.
  I couldn't have been more pleased with the guys coming. They arrived a little ahead of time, being careful with both walls and furniture and taking on the challenges that came on the straight arm.
  Can definitely recommend these further.
