  Crappy customer service. I just needed to purchase a product, but still needed to stand in a line with people who wanted MUCH help. At the same tine many employees were tidying while it was obvious that many more customers needed help.

  Typical high volume electronics, kitchenware, etc. store with wide selection, good local prices, and decent service once you find the right department. Some parking outside, and other parking in the area. Accessible by public transportation. Right next to Ullevål Stadium if you should find it hard to locate :)

  The store is bigger than expected, well organized and clean. The staff was really helpful all the way, without being tacky.
  I would definitely consider coming back, even though it's a standard for how every Elkjøp in Norway is.

  One of the biggest shops from Elkjøp. Very good selection of products and good offers. Not a huge fan of their client attention system with queue number. Unless you are familiar with the system it is easy to be ignored. Staff are supportive when you get attended.

  Great example of an elkjøp. Very good prices on most things and they will price match most online shops. Good service when exchanging defective goods.

  All electronic , kitchen stuff, computer stuff. Staff is really helpful. Especially I love it because, if you buy something and didn't like it later you can return it and get cash back even after using stuff
