  They repaired my car, but had forgotten to put back the engine cover, so I had to contact them and go back to the workshop to get it installed.
  
  The receipt they gave me, did not include the details of the items and hours used for repairing the car. When I asked for the details, I was told we don’t give the details if it is related to a guarantee issue.
  
  They were not good in communicating the issues, and answering very few questions that I had.
