  Easy to find and plenty staffs helpfully and friendly with the right answer comfortable place just under the main entrances off the station

  Perfect service for all kind of tourists: simply go there at the beginning of your trip and ask..we did it and we organized 2full days in Oslo and then 22hours on the fjord tour till Bergenthanks for the precious suggestions!!

  Very helpful staff and they have a large map of the city with the bus routes. We only came here to get the oslo pass and ask where we can find a winter hat.

  Bang on target. They do wat they r supposed to. Kudos to you guys. Got easy answer for everything. They speak english. Extra plus point. Clean and neat.

  The Oslo pass is worth it. I just wish the guide look had a subway, tran, and bus map in it. It took us a while till we figured out how to use transit.
