This guy is a ridiculous Prima Donna. When you book an appointment, you receive multiple texts demanding that you arrive 5 minutes early. Why? Is this a doctor's office? Do I need to complete a medical history report? Unfortunately, I arrived 5 minutes late. 6 minutes according to him--because, well, his ego apparently thrives on petty details. He then proceeded to lecture me. "6 minutes means 20% less of a haircut. I will have to leave 20% unfinished." I suspect he treats non-Dutch visitors like this. Maybe it compensates for some childhood trauma he experienced. I told him: "you are a ridiculous human being." Turned around and walked out. Don't go here!!!!
Update: his response below is laughable. What kind of petty person calculates appointment times in percentages? Who lectures their clients? He actually pointed to his scalp and outlined the estimated area that 20% of an appointment would take to cut!!! Arrogant and condescending!
Very poor service. Made an appointment and we suddenly got the message that is was cancelled, just before the appointment. Apparently we were "called and messaged". When i stated that i didn t recieve anything, he didn t believe me. Very arrogant and unprofessional behaviour.
