It's clean, apartment are nice size. Waiter dropped beer and hot tea on the person next to me (unprofessional), but things were handled very quickly (professional). Weird that they don't clean the apartmenta daily..

Stayed here 4 nights in a suite (land-view). The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the overall condition of the hotel is good. The only complain regarding the room was the super hard mattrace and an terrible sound in the morning (beetwen 06-08 o'clock) - sounded like an big oven/heater ist on fire.
The spa was fine, but there is no aromatic-water to sprinkle it on the sauna-oven (Aufguss). And to know: the spa is 12€/2h or 19€/4h + bathrobe-charge 5€. Thats quite much if you're paying as much for a room.
But in the end its worth a 4 star rating.response / report this review -

Hotel by itself is very good, by the building needs some refurbishment, some hotel equipment needs to be replaced.

It's a great location but the décor is dated and not very gezellig. Feels like a tourist machine, pumping people in and out. Sauna was great for the cost. Nice food
