  The lunch snacks we liked, even though they have always been on the pricey side. But when we met up there with friends in the evening for dinner, we were sorely disappointed. The Burger was only that - nothing to go with it for almost 20€. The Lamsduo (lamb) consisted of one lamb chop (1!!) and three cubes of lamb filet for 23€. Without comment the waitress but a tiny bowl (small side salad size) of fries, an equally tiny bowl of coleslaw and a small bowl of some kind of sauce on the table - for the two burgers and the lamb? Or just for the lamb? It wasn't nearly enough for the money or to eat until you are dated. No matter how often we will go back to Texel - this Paal we will not enter again!

  Nice and quiet spot and it takes a nice walk through the forest to get here. Food is alright but nothing special. Nice selection of Texels beers!

  Schöner Strand-Pavillon mit guten Sitzmöbeln drinnen wie draußen. Die Bedienung ist manchmal etwas gehetzt. Sonst alles gut. Preise normal

  Good beach restaurant! Even when there is a heavy storm there is a lot of atmosphere inside. The staff is very friendly and willing to help to make you the best time on the island! A must go when you are on Texel!
