  A young and lively company in the center of Groningen. Recently, I worked with this company to find a website builder, with success!
  
  We-Cruitment distinguishes itself by their unbridled enthusiasm, ambition and how far they want to go for their clients. They were also easily accessible outside office hours and at the weekend. By switching quickly with recruiter Julian, I was matched with a very suitable PHP talent.

  Highly recommended! A few weeks ago I came into contact with the senior recruiter at We-Cruitment. We had been looking for a senior full-stack developer for months and the profiles provided by other recruiters were of a fairly low level. Thanks to We-Cruitment's proactive and enthusiastic approach, I was able to speak to several senior developers within a few days. The support from We-Cruitment was professional and seemed genuinely involved. In my experience they deliver good quality professionals. Some of our partners have already hired someone through We-Cruitment. We have also hired someone and are very satisfied with the collaboration and the candidate.

  I work for an IT company and I'm in charge of the internal recruitment. We-cruitment reached out with an active candidate seeking an opportunity.
  
  After meeting with the candidate we had some concerns, but he was a nice individual so we were willing to give it go, and hope he settled in.
  
  On the day he started, the recruiter Dirk, called my director many times to charge the invoice. The consultant then sent the invoice via email on the first day of the candidate starting. He sent a wrong invoice charging more than than the agreed terms. Due to the constant calls and emails for us to pay, my director decided to sit on it for a week. We then paid the invoice.
  
  They then never reached out to see how the candidate was settling nor to us to see if we were happy with the candidate. After two months of the candidate starting, it become more clear he was not the individual we were looking for. I called the consultant to express my concerns, he told me he had not spoken with the candidate since he last joined and he would call me later that afternoon or the following day.. Three weeks passed, and I did not hear anything! I sent emails to which only they responded after three weeks. We were still in our rebate period however they did not acknowledge this and instead were trying to get interviews for the candidate.
  
  Once they responded to my email, they did not even call, they told me I had to do all the chasing. My director and I came to an agreement that the hassle and time wasting was not worth it.
  
  I would highly not recommend this recruitment agency. They did not provide us with reference nor did they want to keep a good client.

  Had a very good experience with We Cruitment. They know what they are doing and I found a good programmer within just two weeks. The communication was good, they gave me precise feedback and the process was quick. Thanks guys!
