  An appointment at 10:00, but the person we had an appointment with was still busy. We were therefore 'helped' by Mr. Walked out of our conversation twice and the second time it took so long that we just left. Zero service, don't waste your time here. Thanks for the coffee, but that's not what we came for.

  Tonkes Veendam supplies good material, there is nothing wrong with that, but the service is downright ridiculous. We bought natural stone skirting boards at a kitchen store, which turned out to be too high. We thought we'd call Tonkes to ask if they could see this for us because we had good experiences with this. The gentleman on the phone asked which kitchen store we had bought the kitchen and indicated "We can, but we don't want to." In the end, we received excellent help from the company de weijs in Winschoten. My advice go to De Weijs.

  Leaf is neatly measured, made and delivered quickly. Within an hour you have a completely new kitchen with such a beautiful leaf on it 🤩 Very happy with it!! See photo old and new 🥳

  Called for a quote, it could not be issued immediately (understandable!). I was supposed to receive a quote by email the next day before lunch. Unfortunately this one did not arrive, can happen. When I called after it in the afternoon, the person in question was not present (I also called late in the afternoon). When the operator could not see if the product was there, I asked him to promise me to ask the person concerned to follow up on Monday. The response was “not at this tone”. So I've decided to look elsewhere. This is the reason for this review, I find it downright rude to speak to customers in this way, especially taking into account the history of my question to promise.
