Good value for money! Nice and clean rooms.
The only thing is that the surrounding has no Amsterdam "vibes" but you can get tram or buses and be in the center in about 30 mins.response / report this review -

Excellent customer service from reception staff upon arrival. Room was set out very strangely with single beds placed back to back. This made viewing the television very hard.
The bathroom had a number of problems and issues. The plug in the bath was broken so water would not stay in the bath. The water pressure was non existent. Worse of all there was no bath mat. I also found getting out of the bath/shower very hard as I am partially disabled.
The following morning when I needed an early checkout I waited from 06:05 - 06:20 and I could not find anybody in order to check out. In the end I went behind the reception desk leaving my key, a charger which I had borrowed and a note of who had left them.
The hotel in my opinion does not live up to its current star rating.response / report this review -

Lovely hotel. Lovely welcoming staff. Perfect beds. Clean rooms. Amazing bathroom. Yummy food. And transport links were perfect!! I would definately be going back to stay here!!

Room was huge, had a toilet, sink and shower etc. And a safe. It was ridonkulously cheap for two of us overnight, though not sure if we stumbled onto a special deal or not. Right beside a bus and metro stop, and we had an unreal view from our room over the big water/ pond type thing. Would honestly recommend it, the area is quiet with not much going on, and the hotel has legit security so your possessions feel safe. Also there are coupon/ vouchers in the lobby to get you discounts from tourist attractions in the central Amsterdam

The stay and room is quite comfortable for its price point, even if it's missing some amenities. The breakfast, while extra, is better than any continental breakfast and worth the charge. The bike service is useful but ultimately the quality of bicycles leave much to be desired.

Currently undergoing some renovations, hopefully will be better when they're done. Not the most convenient location for the city centre but there is a direct bus to Schiphol airport. Room just ok, staff were not very nice.

will definitely refer to our friends and colleagues who are planning to visit Amsterdam! The staff are polite and courteous PLUS rooms and washroom is well neat and clean everytime. Food is also great!

Rooms tidy, Beds nice and comfy. Only 4 Stars because of the Breakfast frozen tomatoes and eggs taste like Gummi and cucumber tastes old stuff is very nice

Like it being away from the bustle and noise of the city centre. It's a Turkish suburb, so excellent Turkish food and shops.
Friendly hotel, clean etc, with very good buffet breakfast for €10. Would stay again.

Location is around 20 minutes from Amsterdam's town centre, easily accessible by tram within very close proximity to the hotel. The room (double room) are gorgeous and very clean and tidy. They are very spacious and provide everything required for an enjoyable stay. Free WiFi is included. The service was quick and wasn't a long wait at all. Staff are very friendly. :)

For the price it's a great hotel. The room is filled with rich dark furniture and there were 3 beds. 3 whole beds! The bathrooms pretty good too. Good pressure on the shower. Important.

“Should not be 4 star should be graded as backpacker”
This hotel is very far away from Central Amsterdam, it takes about 20 minutes by tram that you have to change. My first impressions of the hotel was that maybe it was an old dormitory of some sort, I've never seen the bed layout the way these were and there was no fridge. The room was clean enough but the hotel is very much dated. The housekeeping staff will not acknowledge you and y can speak English. The safe in our room was not working properly so no chance of leaving anything of value. Don’t expect any help from any of the staff including reception.response / report this review -

The hotel and rooms were clean the two times we've stayed here but the bathroom really needed sorting out the second time. It looked like there's been a leak that they'd tried to patch up. We didn't mind too much but I hope it's been fixed properly now.
We chose to come back to this hotel because it's relatively near to the city centre and easy to use the tram to get there and back.
We also chose it because the breakfast buffet is absolutely brilliant! So much nice food for both vegetarians and carnivores! :)response / report this review
