Went in to test out an amp. Ended up testing a bunch. Staff was very relaxed and friendly. Once I decide I will probably buy my amp of choice here if possible.

Big selection of instruments. Too bad they don't have all variety from their webshop.

Nice and service minded people in the shop. However very bad experience with ordering guitar amp. Got a very good price from Thomann, but cancelled that order because delivery would take 6 weeks and Keymusic had one in stock and said they would match the Thomann-price. Keymusic however sold the one amp in stock to somebody that paid the full price I suppose and kept me waiting for almost 3 months. Apparently the amp in stock was not blocked for me straight away. They played tricks on me I feel. May be also because in the meantime the production price went up. Feel badly treated by the one person I dealt with (Ed) in The Hague.

Price/quality is fine, in some cases rivaling webshop prices, other times not so much. Assortment is good in most areas, making it ideal for strings, other accessories, or for trying out percussion and keys. (Little tricky when it comes to guitars.)

decent stock/prices.
know what you're wanting, though. sales people are not as forthcoming as i'd like. i've found this, though at music stores around the world. you can also order through their website if you know what you're looking for and save yourself the trouble of going here. but, of course, one should never buy an instrument over the internet. how do you know how it will sound/feel while playing?response / report this review -

Bought a guitar on the online shop. I'm waiting for more than a month, went to the physical shop to ask information about it and all the employees can say to me is to wait (more time. Like the customer online service). Don't even care to check the order status, or if I am an existing customer
